“Understanding the psyche is the foundation of a sustainable life.”
Oksana Ostrovska
Neuropsychologist.
Founder of the educational platform Rise Up.
Oksana Ostrovska is a practicing neuropsychologist with over 15 years of experience in psychology and over 20,000 hours of consulting experience.
In her professional work, she works with adolescents, adults, and family systems, helping clients gain a deeper understanding of their own psyche, restore emotional stability, and build more harmonious relationships with themselves and others.
Her approach is based on the integration of neuropsychology, developmental psychology, and systems behavior analysis. Her work focuses not only on addressing current challenges but also on fostering sustainable changes in thinking, emotional regulation, and life strategies.
Over the years of practice, Oksana has developed her own methods and practices aimed at developing psychological resilience, improving cognitive functions, and restoring a person's inner resources.
A separate area of her work focuses on adolescence—a period of intense neuropsychological change when key patterns of thinking, self-esteem, and interaction with the outside world are formed. Oksana helps parents better understand adolescent development, reduce conflict, and build more mature communication within the family.
In addition to her solo practice, Oksana is the founder of the educational platform Rice Up —a space that brings together educational programs, practical lectures, therapeutic groups, and a professional community of helping professionals.
One of the project's goals is to create an environment in which people can gain knowledge about the psyche, develop emotional resilience, and build healthier relationships.
The platform also develops a professional community of psychologists aimed at supporting specialists, sharing experiences, providing supervision, and developing practical skills.
