I believe it is also important for psychologists to have a safe space for growth, support and development.

My mission is to help people better understand themselves, their emotions and the mechanisms of the psyche.
I believe that psychological maturity, awareness, and inner support can change not only the life of an individual, but also the quality of relationships in families and society.

Expertise and approach
In the profession for over 15 years.
During this time, more than 20,000 hours of counseling practice have been conducted with families, women, adolescents and helping professionals.
My work is at the intersection of neuropsychology, developmental psychology, and practical therapy.
I help people gain a deeper understanding of the mechanisms of the psyche, restore inner balance, and build healthy relationships—with themselves, their children, and their partner.
In my practice, I combine a scientific approach, many years of consulting experience, and original methods of working with the psyche and emotional states.
Scientific basis
The work uses knowledge of neuropsychology and modern psychological research on brain functioning and emotional regulation.
